This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of drafto.store (“the Website”) and your purchase of any products from Orosfort Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Drafto”). By accessing the Website or completing a purchase, you (“Customer”, “You”) unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, adding a product to cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
All transactions on this Website are processed via Cashfree Payments, and you also agree to Cashfree’s Terms and Conditions.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Nature of products

Drafto Store sells digital products only — primarily Google Sheets templates, spreadsheet tools, and downloadable resources designed for Indian small and medium business (SMB) owners. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3.2 Current product catalogue

Products currently available include:

3.3 Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, screenshots, and feature lists are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. If a product is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.

3.4 Product availability

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or withdraw any product from the catalogue at any time without prior notice. Removal of a product from the Website after your purchase does not affect your right to use the product under the licence granted to you.

3.5 GST

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Where GST is applicable on your purchase, it will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation. Our GSTIN will be listed on your invoice where applicable.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout, not the time of browsing.

4.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments Services Private Limited, an RBI-regulated Payment Aggregator. Cashfree handles all payment data including card numbers, UPI credentials, and net banking details. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.

4.3 Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods via Cashfree:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps)
Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
Net banking (major Indian banks)
Mobile wallets (where available via Cashfree)
Buy Now Pay Later options (where available via Cashfree)

We do not accept cash payments or cheques. We do not discriminate between payment methods.

4.4 Payment confirmation

A payment is considered successful only when Cashfree confirms the transaction as successful and we receive confirmation on our platform. You will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address upon successful payment.

4.5 Payment failures and pending transactions

If your payment is debited from your account but you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please email contact@drafto.store with your name, email address, and the Cashfree transaction reference number or UPI reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the transaction is confirmed as failed on our end, any deducted amount will be refunded to your source account automatically by Cashfree within 5–7 business days.

4.6 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards may be charged in INR and converted to your local currency by your card issuer at their applicable exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are borne by the customer.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery method

All products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical delivery is made. Ensure you provide a valid, accessible email address when placing your order.

5.2 Delivery timeline

Upon successful payment confirmation from Cashfree, you will receive a download link or Google Sheets copy link to your registered email address within 15 minutes. In rare cases of high load or technical delays, delivery may take up to 60 minutes.

5.3 Non-receipt of delivery

If you have not received the delivery email within 60 minutes of successful payment:

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct.
If still not received, email contact@drafto.store with your Order ID and we will manually resend the link within 4 business hours.

5.4 Link expiry

Download links expire 30 days from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to save the file to your own storage (Google Drive, local computer, etc.) within this period. Re-delivery requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

5.5 Google Sheets delivery

Some products are delivered as Google Sheets files via a “Make a copy” link. You will need a Google account to access and use these templates. The link grants you access to create your own copy — it does not give us access to your Google Drive.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 General policy

As a seller of digital goods that are immediately accessible upon delivery, all sales are generally final. However, we maintain a fair refund process in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Cashfree’s merchant requirements.

6.2 Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before payment is completed. Once Cashfree confirms payment and the download link is delivered to your email, the order cannot be cancelled as the digital product has been electronically supplied and consumed.

6.3 Grounds for refund

A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

You were charged but did not receive the download link within 24 hours, despite contacting us at contact@drafto.store.
The file or template delivered is materially corrupted, broken, or does not open.
The product delivered is fundamentally and materially different from what was described on the product page.
A duplicate payment was processed for the same order (one payment will be refunded).
A technical error on our platform or Cashfree’s platform caused an erroneous charge.

6.4 Grounds for refusal of refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

Change of mind after the download link has been delivered or accessed.
Incompatibility with software, devices, or systems not mentioned in the product description.
Failure to read the product description, features, or limitations before purchase.
Dissatisfaction with the product where it functions as described on the product page.
Refund request raised more than 7 days after the date of purchase.
Misuse of the product in violation of the licence terms in Section 7.

6.5 How to request a refund

Email address used at checkout
Order ID
Cashfree Transaction Reference Number
Description of the issue and, where applicable, a screenshot

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and communicate our decision within 5 business days.

6.6 Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed via Cashfree Payments back to the original payment source. No cash refunds are provided. Estimated timelines after approval:

UPI: 1–3 business days
Credit / Debit cards: 5–7 business days
Net banking: 3–5 business days

7. Intellectual Property and Licence

7.1 Ownership

All templates, spreadsheets, Apps Script code, documentation, designs, and other content created and sold by Drafto Store are the exclusive intellectual property of Orosfort Private Limited and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), and applicable international intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Licence granted

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free licence to use the purchased product for your own personal or internal business purposes. This licence begins on the date of purchase and remains valid unless terminated under Section 7.4.

7.3 Restrictions

The licence does not permit you to:

Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the product or access to it to any third party.
Share the download link, Google Sheets copy link, or the file itself with any individual outside your immediate organisation.
Reproduce, publish, or distribute the template or any part of it in any medium.
Modify the product and redistribute the modified version commercially or publicly.
Use the product or any derivative to create a competing product for sale.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or attribution embedded in the file.
Claim ownership of the product or any derivative work.

7.4 Termination of licence

The licence granted to you is automatically revoked without notice if you breach any of the restrictions in Section 7.3. Upon revocation, you must immediately cease all use of the product and delete all copies in your possession.

7.5 Enforcement

Orosfort Private Limited reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that infringes its intellectual property rights, including seeking injunctive relief and damages.

8. User Obligations

By using the Website and purchasing from Drafto Store, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, including a valid and accessible email address.
Use the products solely as permitted under the licence in Section 7.
Not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on or through the Website.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our servers, or any systems connected to the Website.
Not use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on the Website.
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of our products.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, revoke product licences, block access to the Website, and pursue legal remedies against any user who violates these obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products on Drafto Store are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We specifically disclaim:

Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description.
Any warranty that the products will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
Any warranty regarding the accuracy of financial calculations that depend on user-entered data.
Any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free access to the product or the Website.
Any warranty that the product will remain compatible with future versions of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or any other third-party platform.
Any warranty that the product constitutes professional legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Our templates are tools to assist you — they are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Orosfort Private Limited’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of any product purchased on drafto.store shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific product.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on product outputs without independent verification.
We are not liable for service interruptions, delivery delays, or failures caused by third-party services including Cashfree Payments, Google, email delivery providers, or internet service providers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orosfort Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Any fraudulent or unauthorised use of our products or the Website.

12. Third-Party Services

The Website integrates with third-party services necessary to operate our business, including:

Cashfree Payments Services Private Limited — payment processing
Google LLC — Google Sheets template delivery and Google Drive
WooCommerce / WordPress — e-commerce platform

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

13. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have designated a Grievance Officer:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date the dispute is formally communicated in writing.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orosfort Private Limited with respect to your use of the Website and purchase of products. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we may notify registered customers by email. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
